Hi, I'm Dina...

After a successful career in the fast-paced world of marketing, I know how quickly the weekdays can blur into a whirlwind of responsibilities, leaving your weekends swallowed by endless chores. 

That's not living, and it's exactly why I created Weekend Reclaimed.

With years of experience managing complex projects, tight timelines, and high client expectations, I've developed a sharp eye for efficiency, organization, and detail.

Add to that over 15 of my own moves, certifications in professional organizing, and a passion for streamlining spaces, you'll see why I am committed to making sure your home works for you, and not the other way around.

We ask the right questions upfront and deliver a custom plan; no back-and-forth, just thoughtful execution so you can relax and reclaim your time.  

1) Initial Phone Consultation (15-minutes)

We start with a quick call to understand your space, goals, and how we can help.  It's your chance to ask questions and get a clear picture of what to expect.  

2) In-Person Evaluation (One-Hour)

Next, we'll visit your space to gather details so we can build a custom plan.  After, you'll receive a proposal outlining all costs for review and approval.

3) Working Sessions (3 - 5 hours)

Sessions run 3 - 5 hours each. For multi-day projects, we aim to schedule consecutive sessions to minimize any disruption to your daily life.

    We help people bring order into their homes by creating systems that are functional, efficient, and tailored to their needs.  Whether it's decluttering, setting up organized spaces, or managing a move, we simplify the process so you can enjoy a more stress-free, organized life. 

    We offer a range of services, including home organization, space refresh, and assistance in helping you manage a move. Please see our "services" section, and if you don't see what you need there, reach out, and we will try to assist you. 

    Save time, reduce stress, create systems that last...we help customers get "unstuck" so they can reclaim their spaces(s) and love their home again.  

    Nothing!  We want to see your home exactly as you live in it, so we can best come up with a plan.  We're here to help, not judge.  

    We will book you as soon as possible, usually within one week of our initial conversation and your approval.  

    Absolutely!  This is a core step in the overall process. We will make sure everything you decide to keep has a purpose and a place.  Based on the amount of purging, we can help secure additional resources (i.e., dumpsters, garbage runs, etc.).

    Every project and situation is different.  We will give you a timeline with the initial proposal and schedule sessions accordingly.  Whenever possible, we like to book the number of days in a row to reduce the amounth of disruption to the home.  

    We ask clients to have a supply of strong garbage bags and boxes available to remove items to be discarded and donated.  If items being removed are extensive, we may suggest a haul-away service or a dumpster. 

    An organized home isn't just more functional and stress-free, it makes cleaning easier, boosts focus and productivity, helps you avoid unnecessary spending, and gives you back valuable time for what matters most. 

    If you can dream it, we can organize it. We've got you covered from closets to kitchens, playrooms to pantries, and everything in between.  Need moving support? We offer pre-move purging, expert packing, seamless unpacking, and thoughtful setup to make your transition stress-free.

    Ideally, we'll work together during the declutter phase so you can tell us what you want to keep / purge / donate. But if your schedule doesn't allow it, we can tackle the work solo and provide you with simple "homework" to categorize contents.

    We will look at the space(s) where you need help and review our intake form, ensuring we ask all the right questions upfront so we can customize the perfect plan.  

    Cash, Check, Zelle, Apple Pay. Payment is due at the end of each work session.

    No problem, just note there is a 3-hour minimum. 

    We have a dedicated team of "Reclaimers" ready to tackle your specific needs and scope. From Chaos Coordinators to Space Stylists, along with our trusted specialty service partners, we'll provide a detailed recommendation in your proposal.  And rest easy knowing every member of the Reclaimed crew is fully vetted and insured.

    • Believes a beautifully organized space can change someone's day.

    We’re hiring project-based assistants to help with:

    • Home organizing (closets, kitchens, pantries, garages - you name it)
    • Pre-move packing or unpacking support
    • Styling/staging help for homes going on the market
    • Light cleaning and set-up
    • Creating aesthetically satisfying, functional systems that clients can maintain


    Whether your strength is folding a fitted sheet, labeling like a boss, or arranging a shelf like it belongs on Pinterest, we’re looking for people with a great eye, good energy, and serious attention to detail.


    Details:
    - Work is in-home across Fairfield County
    - Project-based, flexible scheduling
    - Hourly pay based on experience
    - You may work solo or as part of a small team

    Bonus points if you have:

    • A background in interior design, home organization, real estate, or retail merchandising
    • Experience moving or staging homes
    • A love for checklists and bins with lids
